The Library's Quality Management System complies with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and is certified by SAI GLOBAL.

The scope of this system currently encompasses the planning and provision of library services.

Committed to continuous service improvement and user satisfaction, the Library provides public access to its Quality Policy and the Service Charter, addressed to all users and to all interested stakeholders.
