Please be advised that on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, a chiller unit will be moved onto the roof of the veterinary hospital. The operation will require the setup of a crane in the central library parking lot, which will be unavailable for use throughout the day.

Pedestrian access to the central library will remain open; however, the entrance walkway will be temporarily closed during certain phases of the crane's operation, making it impossible to enter or leave the library at those times.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Informative resources

The Library of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences offers its users, in addition to consulting bibliographic material in traditional paper format, the opportunity to access a wide range of electronic and digital resources.

The access point to the bibliographic resources of the University of Turin is EUREKA. Through Eureka, you can find books, journals, articles, databases, websites, and much more material owned by or made accessible by the University. Simply enter keywords, titles, or authors and with a single search, you will find results related to both available print and electronic resources.

The library staff provides comprehensive support for bibliographic research. Moreover, librarians have long been committed to providing a telematic help-reference desk to address users' queries. Periodic instructional courses are also held for users (students, doctoral candidates, professors, fellows, etc.) regarding the use of library services, potential bibliographic research strategies using available electronic resources, and bibliography management.
