Digital Library

The new Digital Library of Unito is online.
The Digital Library is a project that gathers and consults online the collections digitized by the libraries of the Ateneo, in order to valorize the bibliographic heritage and the ambition to contribute to the growth of the Italian community and the international community.
The Digital Library brings together the historical digitization projects—Opal, DigitUnito, and Digi15—which have been developed by University libraries since the early 2000s, prior to the publication in 2022 of the National Plan for Digitalization of Cultural Heritage (NPD).

In the launch phase of the Digital Library, the progressive alignment of the digital objects to the Guidelines adopted by the University Library System after the publication of the NPD will be taken care of. To this end, we invite you to report any critical issues to digital.library@unito.it(link sends e-mail)
At the same time, the objects produced by the ongoing digitization campaigns will be gradually uploaded. The possibility of hosting the collections digitized as part of the research projects conducted at the University in the Digital Library is also being studied.
